I began taking my vehicle to Dick Scott Dodge for service and have received excellent service and great customer service from your service department and advisors. From oil changes to an engine repair, your service advisors have kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and they have been very helpful in getting my repairs done in a timely manner. All of your service staff should be commended. I would like to say that the service cashier is also very professional and does an excellent job. When I went to Dick Scott Dodge, I was not sure if I wanted a Ram truck or Durango. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I decided on a Durango, he found one with all of the features I wanted. He also set me up with a financing plan that fits my budget perfectly. I just purchased a used vehicle from Dick Scott Dodge for my daughter. I feel I received a very good deal from my salesperson. Before coming to Dick Scott, I went to other dealers in my area and found the prices were just about the same. When I got to your dealership, my salesperson told me you are a Five-Star Dealership and that he would make me the best deal and he did! Although my daughter will be taking this car to college, I plan to bring it in to your dealership for the maintenance.
